Earlier this year I was contracted to supply a portfolio of commercial photographs for a Lawyers practice based in Manchester and Ashton. Part of the brief was to capture some images of the local scenes and landmarks that could be used on their new website and printed for use in the offices themselves. These are just a few of the images we made. You might recognise some of the sights which include the Law Courts, Filing Cabinet, the Wheel and Barton Arcade in Manchester, the Basin and bronze images on the street of Ashton.
If you have come to this Blog looking for Cumbria Wedding Photography either click on the button for weddings in the categories section on the right or go to our dedicated Wedding website which is at http://www.schtuff.com.

In our Blog you will find Wedding, Portrait, Commercial, Family and some oddball Photography. We have been asked several times to define our style of Wedding photography and of course there is a whole host of words out there to describe photographic styles, photojournalism, reportage, traditional, documentary, fine art and the list goes on. We have come to realise that our (Ruth and I work together) style is based primarily around intimate images. We do all the other schtuff mentioned before but a common theme that runs through our work is 'intimacy'. The wedding is about the couple and the rest of us are there to observe. But ultimately it is about the love that the couple have for each other. That is what we seek to represent in the photographs we produce. You are the best judge of whether we succeed.
