I have managed to catch up a bit with post processing so here are some more of the Model Portfolio from Sara’s shoot. This set was mainly taken around Kendal College utilising garage doors and funky flash. The great thing is that if you are looking for a Cumbria Wedding Photographer or someone to shoot a Model Portfolio for you, all of these things can be achieved by Schtuff Photography (Me!) and the ample supply of lighting and equipment I have at my disposal. So if you book a wedding and it is pouring down on the day – no need to worry – we have the answer! Remember to come and introduce yourself if you are visiting the Westmorland Gazette Wedding Fayre at Holbeck Ghyll Hotel this Sunday. I will be delighted to meet you. Apart from running a slideshow of wedding photography we will be showing you how to utilise your pre-wedding shoot, not only for a Signature Board, but also producing your own unique wedding stationery including Invites, RSVP’s, Thank You cards, Table Plans and much more. See you there.

In our Blog you will find Wedding, Portrait, Commercial, Family and some oddball Photography. We have been asked several times to define our style of Wedding photography and of course there is a whole host of words out there to describe photographic styles, photojournalism, reportage, traditional, documentary, fine art and the list goes on. We have come to realise that our (Ruth and I work together) style is based primarily around intimate images. We do all the other schtuff mentioned before but a common theme that runs through our work is 'intimacy'. The wedding is about the couple and the rest of us are there to observe. But ultimately it is about the love that the couple have for each other. That is what we seek to represent in the photographs we produce. You are the best judge of whether we succeed.
