Portrait Photography Schtuff Studio Kendal.

This is a small selection of images taken when Laura visited our Studio in Oxenholme Kendal recently.  We have a number of options to offer for photoshoots at our Studio or out on location.  For example if you would like a Portrait Portfolio of yourself and/or your partner our introductory offer is £65 for a 2 hour session including a free 7 * 5 print of your choice.  Further prints can be purchased starting at £5 increasing in cost by size.  We can also provide hardbound photobooks from £150 or even magnificent hand made Albums from £550.

Model Portfolios and Lifestyle photoshoots are also available at the same special offer price.

We have also launched our new product ‘Photographers Training Studio Day‘ through our Facebook Business Page which you can find a link to below. Prices for a full one on one Training Day start at £200.

If you have been following us on Facebook you may have seen that under our business page, Lake District Wedding Photographer aka Schtuff, we have given details of this new service.  This is for people who are interested in photography, perhaps already earning a living in photography, but want to improve their skills.  We have called it Photography Training Studio  Day.   When you see normal commercial photography training you will first of all find it far more expensive.  You will also be sharing the training session with a large group, usually between 10 to 12 other photographers.  It can be a bit of a rugby scrum as you try and take your images.  When you see one to one training this is far more effective but again you will find the charge anything up to £1,000 per day.   Are you a photography hobbyist or an amateur or just turned professional? Do you want to improve your wedding photography? Do you want to master Flash? Would you like to spend a day in a Studio with me on a one to one basis. I am taking bookings now for just £200 to spend a day in Schtuff Studio’s. This is an introductory offer to promote this new service and will be available for a limited period. The Studio is located in Oxenholme and I have a number of different lighting systems you can practice with including Bowens Gemini 500 Studio Flashlights, Arri Continuous lights, Heidler Continuous Lights Nikon Speedlights with Pocket Wizards and Nikons Wireless Control system, Ice Style Light, Flat Panel Light and Lowell ID Video light. I can provide the models for the day, if required, at no extra cost or you can bring your own! So if you would like to improve your photography call me now. Steve (07768 864622)

Family Photographers Cumbria with Guy & Kiah

Monday, February 25th, 2013

It is great fun getting a Family into the Studio with Family Photographers Cumbria.  That is exactly what happened with Guy and Kiah and their Mum and Dad, Nyki and Craig, when they visited the Schtuff Photography Studio in Kendal recently.

I don’t think Nyki and Craig had expected to get so involved themselves but when you have all the family members together why not go for it!  This was the first time that as Family Photographers Cumbria we had been able to use the outside locations of the Victorian house and farm where our Studio is located.  Although it was yet another freezing cold day the family were up for it and we managed to get some photographs before we all turned into blocks of ice.  Mum and Dad are quite rightly proud of their Son and Daughter who impressed us greatly with their co-operation and manner.

If you are interested in having a Family portfolio, lifestyle or portrait photography this is the best time to talk to us. We have some great deals to fill the quieter months of February and March before the Wedding season kicks off in earnest again.  We have two Wedding Photographers Cumbria Fayres coming up where you can meet us, one at Rheged near Penrith on the 7th March and the other at the Inn On The Lake Ullswater on the 24th March.  We have just received three brand new sample Albums showing real weddings so will be taking those with us for the show.  If you have come to this blog looking for Wedding photography then please click on this link www.schtuff.com to go to our dedicated Wedding Photography website.

Kendal Portrait Photographer with Maddison Lifestyle Photoshoot

Monday, June 11th, 2012

We went out with Maddison last Saturday into the back streets of Kendal to record some images as she has entered the ‘terrible teens’ part of her life.  She was a dream to work with, needing very little input from ourselves and being very happy to just get on with it.  We photographed her Mum and Dad, Ian and Lisa, some time back for their Wedding Anniversary so the family is quite well known to us.  We had been intending to use the backdrops of some of these streets for quite a while, so this booking proved an ideal opportunity to explore the possibilities.  Well in the end there were too many photographs to put into one Blog post so watch out for a part 2 at some point!

Just a reminder that if you have come to this Blog looking for Wedding Photography you may want to switch to our dedicated Wedding website at www.schtuff.com.
