 Animals African Cheetah On The Alert Photograph almost makes him look like a domestic cat.  But I do not think you would want a Cheetah coming through the cat flap at night.  Known as the fastest land animal achieving speeds up to 120kmh it is a really impressive animal.  This picture was taken with a 300mm f2.8 lens attached to a 2* converter so it got me real close.  With acceleration up to 64mph in 3 seconds you want to be a fair distance away!
